Reserve Fund Plans

We specialise in and are passionate about providing 10 Year Reserve Fund Plans (sometimes referred to as Maintenance Plans) which are compliant with s100 of the new Strata Titles Act 1985.

Asbestos Reports

Our Asbestos Report includes BOTH an Asbestos Register and an Asbestos Management Plan. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 asbestos must be identified at the workplace, and if found, a Risk Assessment must be carried out.

Since 1984, we have over 30 years experience in valuing a very wide variety of properties, from carrying out due diligence on the largest property transactions in Australia through to the smallest of suburban cottages. We are experts in the presentation of expert evidence in both Federal and State Court systems. We have particular expertise in strata property having inspected over 30,000 strata schemes in Australia.
